Great course, many interesting stories, learned a lot.

The course was inspiring, interactive, dynamic, and eye-opening regarding one’s own situation. As a cherry on top, there was no shortage of great lunch, fruit, fika and snacks. Loved it!

Great balance between theory and hands-on exercises, with many real-world examples from large organizations transitioning from waterfall to agile. The course gave me a much clearer understanding of the Scrum Master role, focusing on facilitation and servant leadership rather than control. I also gained practical tools for estimation and team collaboration that I will definitely use going forward. Highly recommended.

Henrik provides an outcome over output-focused course, revolving on the groups collective maturity. Real-life examples and tools help put theory into practice. No harrangs of powerpoint presentations, rather a lot of drawing on whiteboards and discussions.
