🙌 A massive shoutout to Nanda Lankalapalli. The way he guided us through those three days was honestly a masterclass. Every session felt like an eye opener 👀, packed with real techniques and hard won wisdom that completely shifted how I think about agile coaching, facilitation, and what it actually means to lead by serving your team.

Well designed course material. Very good course teaching method by Nanda, with real-life use-cases and practical approach. Post-course submission material is also designed meticulously to assess the candidate's thorough understanding and practical knowledge.

Training was really insightful and useful

Structure of topics could have been better. Study materails should have been better.

Nanda made the sessions more interesting with the case studies, breakout session, giving opportunities to each individual, coaching us when we deviated. Great experience and good learning.

CSM-SM work shop facilitated by Nanda, was very well organised and insightful. Particularly Nanda's experince in bringing deep thought process in partcipants, is enriching.

This CSP-SM workshop was truly amazing and aligned with real time scenarios. I truly believe that 3 days schedule was worth time invested in a great certification course. It has boosted my confidence, and control of/on Self-Awareness and Self-Management (before being a true Coach for someone else). Mr. Nanda is a great coach and looking forward to having more sessions in future.
