The seminar was really good. Jens did take our individual experiences into account and we talked a lot about real life examples rather than theoretic ones. We also had a lot of small group work which made the learning very fun and effective as we could share our experiences even deeper.

Learned a lot. Especially the work related focus was amazing. Not so much theory but rather practical experiences combined with theory and concepts

Fantastic training with a great balance of theory and hands-on excercises.

Very informative and interactive training with strong practical relevance. The trainer focused on our key topics, and despite three intensive days of preparation and sessions, time passed quickly.

excellent!

nice course, good trainer

Jens is an excellent instructor who effectively conveys knowledge. He engages well with the group and provides exemplary examples throughout the training.

Eine tolle Schulung mit vielen aktuellen Themen und Impulsen. Der Trainer war in der Agenda sehr flexibel und ist auf die Bedürfnisse der Gruppe eingegangen. Die Schulung kann ich klar empfehlen!

Helpful for my function as PO. Jens considered perfectly the individual needs of the participants.
