Certified Scrum Product Owner®

Rafael was an excellent instructor! Very professional, engaging, and interactive. He made the CSPO course enjoyable and practical, especially by incorporating AI examples into the learning experience. Highly recommended!

He spent a lot of time talking about no class related topics. I liked his exercises, but not his response time. I had to open a ticket with Scrumalliance directly because i did not receive my certification on time. I sent a couple of emails to him and he never responded to me. I received the certification after Scrumalliance worked on the issue.

it was really helpful

The course was great and I learned a lot. I would highly recommend taking this course with Rafael.

Rafa brought a lifetime of experience to the class, providing past examples and lessons learned to help illustrate his points throughout. He also introduced a little of what AI can do to impact our roles, helping start to bridge that gap between the old and the new.

Very interactive and great human examples of real life scenarios. He has a wonderful personality that makes the course go more smoothly

Hands down best value for money, time, and experience. Rafa takes his time to thoroughly explain the methodology behind scrum and provides plenty of group exercises to really get engaged and have hands on experience.
