Excellent course — a chance to put everything aside, go back to the starting point, and rethink what Agile leadership truly means — with the right balance of Agile leadership principles, practical application, and real-world perspectives. It challenged me to think beyond frameworks and practices and focus on what truly enables people, teams, and organizations to thrive. Kudos to Arlen Bankston for the outstanding facilitation, energy, deep experience, and practical wisdom. The discussions were engaging, thought-provoking, and immediately applicable to real leadership challenges. Highly recommended for anyone serious about growing and continuing their Agile leadership journey.

I have taken a few classes from Arlen and Grow-Lean in the past and they continually help me grow my agile mindset as well as my toolset. Answering questions and providing real world application and coaching is truly what sets this apart from other classes and has helped me through my career.
