This course delivered really a perfect mix of theory and practical tools a lot of hands-on experience that can immediately be applied in daily work. The sessions on prioritizing requirements, risk assessment, backlog refinement, MVPs, and product vision development were especially valuable and highly relevant for real project environments. After just two intensive days, we covered key Agile and Scrum fundamentals while also applying them directly in team exercises. One of the highlights for me was creating a product vision together with the group. Our idea, the “Twin Peacekeeper”, two drinking bottles for twins with the slogan “Every sip is fair 😊” made the learning experience both creative and memorable. The trainers created an engaging atmosphere with a great balance between theory, collaboration, and practical application. I highly recommend this course to anyone looking to strengthen their Agile, Product Ownership, and AI-native mindset in a modern and practical way.
