Taking Chris Sims’ Certified Scrum Master workshop was well worth the investment! He made the entire experience fun, engaging, and—most of all—deeply informative. Rather than just lecturing, Chris kept the workshop highly interactive, creating hands-on, real-world experiences that make the material stick. He took the time to answer every question efficiently, ensuring everyone had a full understanding of the concepts before moving forward. Coming from a technical background, I had a lot of fears and apprehension about transitioning into the Project Management field, but Chris helped to put those doubts to ease. His guidance and insights have given me the confidence I needed to move forward towards my new career path. I highly recommend taking any of his courses. The results will truly be a rewarding experience!

Chris Sims makes learning fun and approachable!

A great process for managing a product. Chris was very helpful and patient when helping us understand a concept.

For a complete novice, learning complex new material requires solid instructional strategies and relatable context, especially when that training is delivered through online meetings. I have 20+ years delivering content to adult learners in synchronous and asynchronous modalities, so I can attest to Chris's skill. He made four hour learning sessions lively, interesting, and succinct! Fabulous facilitation! P.S. at almost 70, I am now a scrum master.

I really enjoyed the training on Scrum that Chris lead us on. The course was informative and thoroughly engaging. Chris kept folks participating through activities, breakout sessions where we collaborated with one another, and used humor to help with engagement. Really enjoyed this course and the time zoomed by!

I was very impressed with Chris as a trainer. He had strong knowledge of adult learning principles and each day was fun and engaging. I passed my CSM on the first attempt without any prior knowledge other than his assigned pre-work and 4 half day sessions. I would take another class from him.
