Manoj did a fantastic job of teaching the material and relating the lessons to real-world scenarios rather than just teaching to pass a test. He was both personable and engaging, which made the material easier to digest, and I look forward to applying the lessons learned in my next project.

The course felt too packed with "what do you think this term means" or "how does this make you feel" discussions. Rather than explaining concepts and then having the group ask questions or try exercises, he let the group try exercises first and then loosely explained the concepts. It felt too much like a book club setting rather than a class you're paying to pass an exam. I felt that the slides shown were either 1. Not good repsentation of the concept or 2. Poorly organized examples. I think a lot of the other participants had a hard time visualizing what the Proctor was trying to explain because it lacked a clear, easy to understand visual since they were making it more discussion-based.

Manoj was a very knowledgeable and engaging instructor. I enjoyed his class very much and I learned a lot about scrum.
