Certified Agile Facilitator™

I really enjoyed Juno’s course. At first I was a bit concerned about being tired, bored, or drained due to the time commitment, but Jimi’s flexible (and Agile) methods meant that he was being attentive to our energy levels and adjusting accordingly; very unlike the usual course structure I’ve become used to, where the instructor/teacher drones on with what feels like a script. It was an interactive and informative facilitation course. And it was fun!

I appreciated the material and Jimi's facilitation was what I valued the most! This is the third course I've taken from him and absolutely loved what he brought to the table!

This is my 3rd Agile certification with Jimi and I would/will keep going back because of the way he teaches, shares his experiences and hacks our brains into understanding Agile CORE vs. whatever we are all calling "Agile" in our work places. He uses real world examples and experiences to teach and that helps me see how this is SUPPOSED to work, which is invaluable! His methods work for me and have given me confidence to engage when there are conflicts at work regarding "doing Agile right"... new vs. old thinking. Additionally, I have gained the ability to identify when it's not an Agile issue, so that I can pivot in how I address that, as well. Highly recommend!

Great learning experience, I took home much more than expected in my toolkit. Jimi is extremely knowledgeable and was able to "let us learn" as a group, shared good wealth of historical knowledge, and didn't just teach from the front of the room. Don't expect your typical training, be ready to be fully engaged and get on a learning journey that's actually fun!

Day 1 was ok, day 2 and 3 were not a great use of time. Too much time was spent on activities that were thrown together right before we were to do them with little direction or guidance. The instructor also spent a lot of time talking about his app that he was working on (as an example would have been fine), but at one point, he disappeared to meet with his team on the app. His rants and opinions were not helpful considering that most of us are in a corporate environment and need to use the approved tools. Would not recommend.

I would not recommend this class.

Jimi is very entertaining and presents the necessary information in the optimal way. In a very cool blend of neuroscience, rock ‘n’ roll, and his near infinite knowledge of agility, you will enroll in the most entertaining and engaging agile learning experience.

I recently completed the Certified Agile Facilitator course with Jimi, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. Jimi brings a unique and authentic approach to teaching—his straightforward delivery style and practical insights make the material easy to understand and apply in real-world settings. His depth of knowledge and broad industry experience added tremendous value to the course. I also appreciated his use of technology, especially the opportunity to work with collaboration tools like Miro, which provided relevant, hands-on practice outside of the typical corporate toolkit. I learned a lot, had fun, and connected with great colleagues along the way. Jimi’s engaging style and genuine passion for helping others succeed made this course both enjoyable and impactful. Highly recommend to anyone looking to strengthen their Agile facilitation skills.
