The most expensive product work is the work that never should have been built.
Learn to sort competing requests, choose opportunities worth pursuing, and connect what your team builds to meaningful customer and business outcomes.
Learn how to sort competing requests, find the opportunities worth pursuing, and connect what your team builds to meaningful customer and business outcomes—in a practical two-day course that includes CSPO certification.
Product Owners, Product Managers, delivery leaders moving into product work, and anyone responsible for what gets built—especially when requests and opportunities exceed capacity.
The system behind the course
Outcome-Led Product Operating System
Keep the outcome in view—from discovery to delivery.
Moving faster only helps when the work is tied to a result worth improving. OPOS gives you one coherent way to understand customers, choose an opportunity, set direction, and shape work a team can deliver and learn from.

Learning objectives
Six capabilities you’ll practice.
These objectives connect Scrum Alliance requirements to the work shown in OPOS.
- 01
Turn what you learn about customers into clear outcomes that can guide product decisions.
- 02
Create a product vision that gives people a shared direction for the work.
- 03
Compare opportunities and choose priorities based on customer and business value.
- 04
Work backward from an outcome to shape a useful, testable solution.
- 05
Refine, map, and slice work into smaller increments your team can build and learn from.
- 06
Use AI to organize evidence and challenge assumptions without handing over your judgment.

AI Product System · valued at $695
- Know what to do next. Your AI guides you step by step from understanding customer needs to setting priorities, shaping product direction, choosing solutions, and building story maps.
- Strengthen your work as you go. AI checks help you spot missing evidence, question assumptions, and improve the work before you move forward.
- Turn your work into something others can use. The system drafts the included product-decision templates and spreadsheet working versions from answers you review and approve. You check and refine each draft before it becomes a clear material you can share with your team and use in stakeholder conversations.
- Save time and reduce inconsistencies. Approved information carries forward through the same project workspace, reducing repeated copying, conflicting information, and avoidable rework.
The Course + Templates teaches you how to make better product decisions. The AI Product System helps your compatible AI tool guide the process, review your thinking, and draft the working templates and spreadsheets after class.
