Certified ScrumMaster®

amazing course .

Paul was a great instructor, highly skilled teacher and communicator.

The CSM course was a very valuable and enjoyable learning experience. What I appreciated most was that the course was not boring or purely theoretical. It included many hands-on exercises and team activities that made the learning more interactive and engaging. The practical exercises helped me better understand Scrum concepts and, more importantly, how Scrum Master values and responsibilities can be applied in real-life situations. Working with the team during the exercises also gave me the opportunity to practice collaboration, communication, facilitation, and problem-solving. Overall, the course was well-structured, interactive, and practical. I really enjoyed the experience and feel that I gained knowledge and practical skills that I can apply in my work as a Scrum Master.

Really great instructor, very engaging and made it easy to understand all of the concepts!

This is a good introduction into the world of Scrum and being a Scrum Master. Paul explained the concepts well and kept everyone engaged. The group tasks help with understanding as we learn from each other too.

Paul masters the subject, also adapts to your learning pace and ensures you understood the topics. I found the didactic and resoursces really well thought and prepared, so they support you on gaining knowledge and consolidate it. Having to practice scrum with a real example gives you confidence on what has been learned or how to implement in your own projects. Maybe the times are a bit tight for the amount of things you need to digest, but overall I recommend it.

Great course run by a great trainer. Broke down the course into sections that had me thinking about the processes we have here from day 1 and what we could do for quick wins as well as long term goals.

Fantastic 3 day CSM Course! Paul really brought Scrum to life and delivered an outstanding course consisting of knowledge sharing, proactive breakout rooms to apply learnt theory, as well as bringing scrum to life through a simulation exercise. The course was the best I have been on in over 10 years working within Transformation! I feel confident going into a new role which will rely heavily on Scrum and will utilise the scrum templates Paul kindly provided.

Had the two day CSM training with Paul Lister, and found it useful for anyone interested in learning more about agility. I would highly recommend. It's value for money as well.
