One price, everything included: 399 dollars per seat, live online. Live 2-day training, no exam, 2-year Scrum Alliance membership, 16 PDUs and 16 SEUs, hands-on learning, support after class, full refund up to 14 days before class. Certification fee included.

What the two days cover: the Product Owner role, vision and strategy, customers and users, the product backlog, prioritization and value, and working with stakeholders.

Questions, answered

Do I need experience before this class?

No. The CSPO has no prerequisites. The class starts from zero and builds up. Many students come from product management, business analysis, marketing, and operations.

Is there an exam?

No. There is no CSPO exam. Complete the two live days, accept the Scrum Alliance license agreement, and your certification is issued.

What is the difference between CSM and CSPO?

The CSM is for the person who runs the team's process. The CSPO is for the person who owns the product: vision, backlog, priorities, and value. Both are Scrum Alliance certifications and both take two live days. Some people earn both.

Are PDUs and SEUs included?

Yes. The class earns 16 PDUs for PMI and 16 SEUs for Scrum Alliance, included in the price.

What if my plans change?

Full refund up to 14 days before class, and a free reschedule up to 7 days before. Email [email protected] and we sort it out.

Is the class really live?

Yes. Two full days on Zoom with Eric teaching in real time, cameras on, working in small teams. No recordings, no self-paced modules.

How long is the certification valid?

Two years. Renewal takes Scrum Education Units earned along the way and a small Scrum Alliance fee. Your membership includes webinars and resources that count toward it.

Do you cover AI in the class?

Yes. Eric shows where AI fits a working product team: discovery, backlog writing, and reporting. You leave with practical ways to put it to work on your own product.
