I was looking to augment my profile and experience with an agile certification. Having already been a practitioner of Lean Manufacturing principles, it was easy to grasp the framework of Scrum. What made it further simpler was the way Eric conducted the workshop. He made the content highly engaging and easy to grasp. Highly recommended.

Took a CSM course over a weekend. The instructor Eric was knowledgeable, approachable, engaging. They set up a truly helpful set of scenarios to workshop and discuss in preparation for the exam, which I fully credit for my passing score! Hard to beat the registration cost, too.

Eric Tucker is not only an excellent SCRUM trainer he is an excellent teacher in general and I can not say enough great things about his SCRUM Master Certification course. I feel like I spent two days having a blast and was somehow tricked into learning a ton of material. You know the material and teacher are good when learning doesn't feel overwhelming or exhausting.

I had a great experience with Skillbook Academy taking the CSM course. The class size was the perfect size; engaging, not too big or too small. The instructor was very knowledgable, informative, had a good sense of humour and was open to answering all questions.
