I recently completed the CSPO course under the guidance of Heitor. I am currently exploring the fields of Scrum, Product Ownership, and AI. I come with around 10 years of experience building organisations from scratch—working in people management, raising leaders, building teams, managing cross-functional initiatives, and leading events and projects that mobilise the collective strength of an organisation. As I now transition back into the IT and corporate sector, I am approaching this journey as a student, learning and growing in the areas of Product Ownership and AI. I am incredibly grateful to have had Heitor as my tutor. He did not simply teach us Scrum and Product Ownership through concepts and slides. I came into the course thinking I would probably be learning many of the same things I had already studied through videos and other courses. But what Heitor gave us during those 16 hours was something that no video or self-paced training could provide—the depth, meaning, and practical understanding behind the foundational concepts. He helped us truly understand the basics: what Agile really means, Scrum, Product Backlog, User Stories, the role of a Product Owner, and the difference between a Product Owner, Product Manager, Project Manager, and Business Analyst—and so much more. The content and resources were incredibly rich. As the sessions progressed, the course became more and more engaging and practical. Honestly, I did not expect the 16 hours to go by so quickly! What I particularly appreciated about Heitor was that his teaching was practical, real, and raw. He was extremely clear about what we needed to understand and apply. He didn't just train us for 16 hours; he truly moulded us as practitioners. Personally, the course has given me tremendous confidence to explore this field further. After the course, I spoke with a few friends working as Product and Project Managers, and I was surprised by how naturally I could now understand and relate to the language and conversations within the corporate environment. I was even able to identify certain challenges they were facing and connect them back to the principles and concepts Heitor had highlighted through his experience and teaching. I am revisiting my notes, books, and resources, and every time I go through them, I find myself understanding the concepts at a deeper level. I am confident that wherever I get the opportunity to work, I will give my best and apply what Heitor imparted to us during those sessions. I am truly grateful for these notes, books, resource page, Dropbox materials, and, most importantly, the wisdom and experience Heitor shared with us. This is one of the best CSPO trainings out there: it was really insightful and well delivered. I learned a lot and feel much more confident in the Product Owner role now. Really appreciate time and energy of Heitor Roriz (the trainer) throughout the sessions!

Dear Scrum Alliance, I am writing to share my feedback regarding the virtual Certified Scrum Product Owner certification training. I would rate this experience 5 stars across most categories. The trainer, Heitor Roriz Filho, did an outstanding job leading the session, and his instruction made the material truly resonate. The course content was excellent, providing a wealth of impactful information and great value. However, I would like to suggest an improvement regarding the course duration. The final session felt rushed; extending that portion by approximately one hour would allow for a more balanced delivery of the material. Thank you, Heitor, for providing such a high-quality learning experience.

Heitor is a fantastic instructor! He has a keen ability to make the complicated concepts simple to understand. The CSPO certification provides the acknowledgement of what I’ve already been doing as a Product Owner. Highly recommend the course.
