Excellent interactive sessions and insightful case studies. Suresh has an exceptional ability to bring out the Product Owner in each of us through his thought-provoking questions and practical approach to learning. A highly engaging and valuable CSPO training experience.

GREAT WORKSHOPS, interactive sessions and great learning experience

Suresh is excellent coach and great mentor.

I recently completed the A-CSPO workshop with Suresh Konduru from PremierAgile, and it was genuinely one of the most impactful learning experiences of my professional journey. Suresh has a rare ability to go beyond frameworks and connect Agile and Scrum to real-world product thinking. Over two days, he covered an incredibly rich curriculum — from Product Ownership mindset and facilitation skills, to product strategy tools like Impact Mapping, Business Model Canvas, and User Story Mapping, to hypothesis-driven development and cognitive bias in product decision-making. Every topic was practical, well-structured, and immediately applicable. What stood out most was Suresh's depth as a facilitator. He didn't just teach facilitation techniques — he modelled them throughout the session. His answers to participant questions were sharp and memorable. When I asked about dealing with too many unnecessary meetings, his answer was simply: Eliminate waste. That kind of clarity stays with you. The workshop also went into areas often overlooked in Agile training — vulnerability as a leadership trait, psychological safety, and the philosophy behind Product Ownership. These gave the learning a human dimension that made it far more meaningful. Highly recommended for any Product Manager or Product Owner looking to deepen their Agile practice and earn their A-CSPO. Thank you,

Good session
