For what I thought I already knew, there were still new things I learned, while affirming that I was right. Lance was a great instructor, very structured and with great attention to detail. Answered all our questions in extensive detail, as well as shared his knowledge and experience and ultimately his take on things that are in a gray area. The MountainGoat environment is easy to maneuver and friendly.

As someone who was very unfamiliar with Scrum, this course allowed me to get a good understanding of Agile philosophy, the Scrum framework, and the mechanics of modern management of creative workflows, such as in software development. I found Lance Dacy to be extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and easy to understand. Participants included newbs, like myself, and experienced developers. All seemed engaged and helped by the training. It gave me new insights into performing and guiding work in an itterative workflow--a nice contrast to my previous education in lean methodology.

Lance's class is very engaging; you are not sitting around being lectured and noses in books. I enjoyed the class very much.

This was a great course and was a good starter for me as I come into a new Scrum/PM job from a more technical job. The only thing that I wish was better was that there was too many questions being asked and we had to rush through the material.

Great basic course for review or initial learning of Scrum basics with plenty of participant interaction. Too bad the public version will no longer be available!

I think Lance was excellent at sharing his knowledge and was able to answer all of my questions. Every word he said was clear and easy to understand. The videos I watched before the course were perfect preparation, even for someone who had never been exposed to Scrum before. I really enjoyed the course, and I liked that it was spread over four days. At times, I felt that a little more time for brainstorming sessions with the other participants would have been beneficial.

Lance was a great instructor. Very knowledgeable and friendly. I really liked the breakout sessions which gave some hands on experience.
