This was a very interactive, comprehensive and informative course for Product Owner. No death by PowerPoint slides actually there were no slides. The facilitator is knowledgeable of the subject as well as other Scrum related subjects. All the attendees participate during this 2-day course.

Overall, the training was well organized and provided a solid introduction to Scrum and the Product Owner role. The trainers were knowledgeable, approachable, and willing to answer questions throughout the course. From my perspective, however, the content seemed primarily aimed at participants who are new to Scrum and agile ways of working. Given my previous experience, I was expecting a deeper exploration of more advanced topics, practical real-world examples, and discussions around the challenges Product Owners commonly face in practice. One area that could be improved is the group size. With 26 participants, we were divided into several smaller groups for exercises. While this helped facilitate collaboration, it also meant that the trainers had limited opportunities to engage with each group in depth. Due to the number of groups and the time constraints, there was relatively little opportunity for detailed feedback and guidance during the exercises. That said, I found the training valuable, particularly for individuals who are new to Scrum or looking to build a structured foundation of knowledge. For participants with prior experience, additional advanced content and more time for practical exercises with closer trainer involvement would further enhance the overall learning experience.

Excellent theory combined with practical, real-world examples that can be applied throughout our careers. We not only learned the concepts but also had the opportunity to apply them in practice.
