Certified Scrum Product Owner®

The past three days were all about Product Ownership. I had the opportunity to attend the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) training by the Scrum Alliance in my role as an Agile Coach. The training was intensive, engaging, and, above all, highly practical. What I found especially valuable was the exchange with the other participants and the many different perspectives on the Product Owner role. Now it's time to reflect on the insights I've gained and integrate them into my daily work. My goal is to support Product Owners even more effectively and help them succeed in their role.
