Advanced Certified ScrumMaster®

Thoroughly enjoyed the training with real time examples

Thank you for an incredible A-CSM journey! Your enthusiasm, positive attitude, and ability to connect every concept with practical examples made the sessions truly exceptional. Every activity encouraged participation and critical thinking, making learning both fun and meaningful. I especially appreciated how you created a safe and engaging environment where everyone felt comfortable asking questions and sharing ideas. This was one of the most enjoyable and valuable training experiences I've had. Wishing you continued success in inspiring many more Agile professionals!

I attended Gaurav Rastogi's ACSM class in Mumbai, and I really appreciated his facilitation style. The sessions were highly interactive, and his energy and enthusiasm kept everyone engaged throughout the training. I particularly liked how he designed activities for each topic, which helped us gain a deeper understanding rather than just learning the theory. The exercises on active listening and refinement techniques were especially effective. One aspect I found most valuable was his explanation of coaching. He clearly demonstrated the importance of asking the right questions and supported the concepts with practical, real-world examples, making them easy to understand and relate to. Gaurav's ability to encourage participation, explain concepts with relevant examples, and create an engaging learning environment made the sessions both enjoyable and impactful.

I had the privilege of undergoing Advanced Certified Scrum Master (A-CSM) training with Gaurav, and it was a truly transformative experience. As a practicing Scrum Master, I was looking for deeper insights into facilitating complex team dynamics, and Gaurav delivered exactly that. His training goes far beyond standard framework definitions.

I attended A-CSM training by Gaurav. I'm from Pune, Maharashtra. The session was filled with interactive and engaging activities, including several real-time exercises. I would highly recommend Gaurav for Scrum Alliance courses.

Hi, my name is Swati Sharma. I first attended the CSM course from Scrum Alliance with Gaurav, and this time I completed the A-CSM with him as well. On both occasions, my experience has been extremely satisfying. Gaurav explains concepts in such a simple, engaging, and joyful manner that learning becomes effortless and enjoyable.

HONG KONG ACSM I like Gaurav to demonstrate how to deliver for a coach But it is too practice ACSM especially for those who are new in scrum master, it is hard to follow. I suggest Gaurav can give more advice on how to deliver facilitate in our real work, so that I will think it really can solve our problem at work.
