I did my CSM course with Snehamayee over 3 days. The focus on the training was driving learning through real-life examples and industry case-studies, along with adding perspectives and use cases for AI adoption. Additionally, she also went above and beyond to share Scrum topics such as JIRA charts , estimations, velocity etc - that will help me become a more holistic scrum master. CSM Certification Training – World of Agile I came across World of Agile while looking for CSM training options, and ChatGPT helped me shortlist it. From the very beginning, the customer support and guidance have been incredible and genuinely make you feel confident about your decision. What I really liked about the training was the practical approach. Instead of simply relying on presentations, Snehamayee Mam took us through Scrum, Agile, AI, Product Owner perspective, and hands-on JIRA experience using practical examples and discussions. Her real-life examples from 22+ years of experience, including her time with TCS, made the concepts much easier to understand and relate to. I also really appreciated how approachable she was, with support available even before the training and an open environment for questions, discussions, and guidance. I attended the CSM course with the trainer Snehamayee Kulkarni, and it has really helped me understand Scrum and Agile concepts. She is extremely enthusiastic and cares about making the sessions engaging. The learning was very interactive, with periodic quizzes and demonstrations on Jira. She taught through experience and often related the concepts with inclusion of real-world scenarios. Along with the study materials, she also took time to take up questions periodically and had a discussion about effective use of AI & next steps in our Journey. All in all, I would like to thank her for this experience and would recommend others to take up this course.
