The class was engaging, had a good mix of listening and participation, and the instructor kept a good pace with just the right amount of breaks. Kert is phenomenal! He is calm, answers all questions, and is patient. Course material is thorough and very helpful in understanding what a Product Owner is and does. For the intense 2 days, I learned a lot that I can take back with me to my place of employment and I hope to be implementing some of the techniques and frameworks we were taught. The guest teacher - Scott was really great as well. He gave great insight on what happens within the workplace and how to navigate through challenging situations. I loved the instructors dynamic and hands-on approach to teaching the scrum and product owner concepts. He was responsive and provided applicable examples and templates that I could apply in my work right now. The instructor broke down complex concepts into simple to understand and visual explanations. The pace of the course was excellent with well-placed breaks and knowledgeable guest speakers. This course will be so impactful in my career as a PO and I’m thankful to bring it to the next level.

I found Kert to be a great instructor and overall the course had lots of value I can bring to my role. I appreciated the flexibility of the course to be adapted based on the areas that the learners were most interested in. I did find that because of this fluidity, the second day of training felt a bit rushed and jumping around to cover content, with a bit fewer breakouts. It was by no means a major issue - but did impact my ability to stay focused and as engaged as I would like to finish up the course.

It was really a nice course, I learn and I was able to put puzzle together at the end of this course. The teacher was excellent and explain very clear.
