Certified Scrum Professional® - Product Owner

Great Course and Fantastic Trainer

Would highly recommend!

Arlen's class was extremely helpful. As a product owner he offered many great suggestions to help me continue on my journey to ensuring my team has what they need.

The instructor, Arlen Bankston, delivered an engaging and energetic presentation that kept the participants actively involved throughout the Certified Scrum Professional® – Product Owner course. By sharing clear, real world examples, Arlen illustrated complex Scrum concepts in a way that was both relatable and easy to apply. Arlen's deep expertise and responsive communication fostered a supportive learning environment. I highly recommend Arlen Bankston for anyone seeking a comprehensive, practical Scrum Product Owner training.

Great course! I learned more than I expected for the Product Owner course. I didn't feel the course was repetitive from the basic and from the advance course. I learned new ways of thinking especially for early methods on how to gather requirements for the backlog. Thanks again, Arlen.

GOOD — Course material was the most advanced and in-depth version of Agile/Scrum PO content I’ve ever seen. Full of frameworks, stories, corporate-“laws”-named-after-people, and real-life lessons learned from teachers and my classmates. Friendly teacher and small class size kept it engaging. Mural board was easy to use and full of great content. BAD — Teacher did a little too much name-dropping of people, companies, and stories from early agile, XP, and large companies; Would have preferred newer stories and stories from startups. While we discussed generative AI, I was disappointed that we never reached a clear and definitive conclusion on how it will affect product owners, scrum, and software development as a whole. OVERALL — Excellent course with more positives than negatives. Strongly recommend, especially with a great teacher like Arlen.

Arlen was great! Super knowledgeable, discussed real world scenarios, roles & responsibilties, tips & tricks, and valuable tools. Highly recommend!

Really enjoyed the class and learned a lot of good techniques.

Arlen's course was incredibly educational, as well as very fun and interactive. He made everything easy to understand and relayed all the material in ways that made it easy to envision applying the concepts and tools outside of class. Highly recommended!
