Snehamayee is an excellent CSM trainer who explains concepts clearly through real-life scenarios, making the sessions highly interactive, practical, and engaging. She also shared valuable additional insights on burn-up and burn-down charts, which enhanced my understanding of these concepts. The session was discussion-based rather than PPT-driven, making learning enjoyable, easy to follow, and never boring. Her teaching approach keeps everyone involved and encourages active participation. Overall, it was an outstanding learning experience, and I truly appreciate her efforts in making the session so insightful, engaging, and effective. Looking forward to learning more from her in future sessions!

Excellent course, very efficiently conducted!

It was a great session, thanks Sneha for the wonderful training

I recently completed the CSM training with trainer Snehamayee Kulkarni. The way she teaches and explains concepts is very genuine and easy to understand. The sessions were very interactive and included real-life examples and experiences, which made learning more practical. Her teaching style is simple yet very effective. Even as a non-IT person and coming from a Banking background, I was able to understand each and every concept clearly. if i had any query she helped me to clear my doubts. In addition, the extra effort she took to explain AI usage and burndown / burnup charts in JIRA was very helpful, even though these topics were not part of the syllabus. Thank you for going beyond the course content. I would definitely recommend this course to anyone who is planning to take CSM training.
