Who should attend

The Certified Scrum Professional - ScrumMaster (CSP-SM) workshop is for participants who want to advance themselves on the path to Agile Coaches, and it is not a session for those who are new to Agile and Scrum.

Participants should be passionate in advancing as an agile coach, and therefore be willing to challenge their own thinking and approaches within this course.

This program is ideal for ScrumMasters and Agile Coaches who want to advance their agile coaching skills, and our program paves the road nicely to Certified Team Coach (CTC) and Certified Enterprise Coach (CEC).

If you don't currently have A-CSM certification, please contact us for options at [email protected].

We also support non-certification options as well - the most important aspect is learning and growth. Please reach out for reduced program fees with non-certification options at [email protected].

Evelyn is an exceptional instructor whose depth of knowledge and passion for Agile practices truly stand out. She not only teaches core Scrum principles with clarity and precision, but also demonstrates how to apply them effectively in real-world environments. Her ability to bridge theory with practical application makes her courses both engaging and immediately valuable. Her classes are rich with insight, detailed explanations, and thoughtful guidance that reflect her extensive experience in the Scrum and Agile space. Evelyn creates an environment where learners feel supported, challenged, and empowered to grow. I highly recommend taking her courses—whether you’re new to Scrum or looking to deepen your expertise, Evelyn’s instruction will elevate your understanding and strengthen your professional practice.

Evelyn's Agile Growth Academy was the best value for the money! Not only organized and thorough, the content was laid out in a very easy to read and engaging fashion. Video lectures and supplemental literature brings the content to life and easier to understand. Will look for additional certification courses to take through Evelyn's programs.

fantastic!

**CSP-SM Review:** Completing the Certified Scrum Professional – ScrumMaster (CSP-SM) has been a highly enriching experience that deepened my understanding of advanced Agile and scaling practices. The certification has equipped me with practical insights to enhance team agility and improve delivery predictability across the Teams. It has strengthened my ability to facilitate more effective Planning and Scrum ceremonies while enabling better cross-team collaboration and dependency management. Additionally, it has enhanced my capability to coach Scrum Masters and teams on advanced Agile practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.

Excellent course

Excellent course that goes into depth on the skills needed for Scrum Masters.

The CSP-SM course from Evelyn has been an eye opener in my role as a people manager/mentor. Evelyn's content and practical examples make it very easy to understand the core concepts in the course. Evelyn goes beyond the course content with her Coaching circles and homework to help us learn the concepts. This course is more than just the certification, its about the knowledge that we gain as coaches. This is the second course I have done with Evelyn and I plan to continue further learning from her.

Excellent!!
