Course Description

In our Certified ScrumMaster Training, you'll learn everything you need to fulfill the important role of Scrum Master – and after passing the exam, you'll receive your personal Certified ScrumMaster certificate from the Scrum Alliance.

Together, we'll dive deep into the various aspects of Scrum Mastering. Our experienced trainers won't just teach the theory – they'll create numerous interactive moments that lead to real "aha" experiences. You'll experience firsthand what makes agility so special. There's definitely no room for boredom here! By the end of this dynamic and exciting workshop, you'll have learned when Scrum makes sense and when it might be better to take a different path – and which one. You'll know the different perspectives a great Scrum Master should take on, and how Scrum can be scaled to larger contexts – not just in software development.

Who is this course for?

The Certified Scrum Master (CSM) course is generally aimed at anyone interested in fundamental team and organizational development.

To ensure you and the other participants get the best possible Certified Scrum Master training experience, it's ideal if you already have basic agile knowledge and perhaps some practical experience in agile environments. You might even already be working as a Scrum Master.

However, this training is also aimed at:

Agile practitioners who want to become Scrum Masters or who have gained some initial experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach
Project managers, team leads, or Product Owners with an interest in agility
People who want to effectively implement Scrum in their team or organization
Anyone curious to find out where and how Scrum might help their organization

Commitment

It's especially important to us that you gain valuable experience in this course. That's why you, as a participant, are at the center of everything.

Experience comes through doing. That's why there's no PowerPoint in our trainings. Instead, we visualize the course content on flipcharts, right in the moment it's created.

The training is interactive, hands-on, and experience-oriented. Content isn't delivered through lectures, but developed through workshops, simulations, group exercises, and reflection. The training design promotes active learning and supports the transfer of knowledge into everyday professional life.

Björn created a course, that did teach the framework, and, more importantly (to me), Björn led by example and showed us in a very inspiring and motivating manner, how the values and ideals of Scrum are put into action. Thank you very much for this insightful training!
