Instead of just reading off slides like a lot of instructors do, she took the time to explain every single concept thoroughly, using practical notes to drive the points home. I especially loved that she brought the material into the modern day by teaching us how to leverage AI within the Scrum Master profile, alongside deep-diving into essential tools like burnup and burndown charts. Her teaching style is engaging, interactive, and keeps everyone involved throughout the sessions. One of my favourite topics was the explanation of Burn-up and Burn-down charts. I had always found these concepts confusing, but the way Snehamayee explained them made everything crystal clear. She is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and passionate about teaching.
