Mitch was a wonderful instructor! His course was well-structured and comprehensive, and his teaching style was fun and engaging. He tied a lot of real life scenarios in the lessons to show practical applications of the topics covered which I found valuable. By the end of the course I felt very prepared for the CSM exam, and passed within my first attempt. I recommend him highly for anyone interested in pursuing a Scrum Master Certification.

A well-structured certification course that strikes the right balance between theory and practice. I appreciated that the curriculum was built around hands-on exercises rather than passive learning; it made the material much easier to retain. The real standout, though, was the instructor's anecdotes from actual Scrum environments. These brought the frameworks to life and gave helpful context for the trickier concepts. As owner of the business and new to tech, I found this course and instructor absolutely focused, fun and valuable. It's exciting to be part of this group and to be able to continue my learning. The concepts I've learned are invaluable and have bled over into my private life, something I had not understood before working on this Team. We managed to develop a World's First (a location-based, headset mounted display, mixed reality with animatronics attraction) even with newbies like myself involved, which is a testament not only to agile development, but also to my Team members who had the patience to explain, teach and reinforce the principles that were underscored by this coursework.
