This is a fully interactive course, not a webinar. Delivered via Zoom and Mural, it combines instructor-led sessions with breakout room activities, group exercises, and AI-powered tools integrated throughout. Together, we work on a real product - developing a product strategy, leveraging a proven Product Operating Model, and using practical AI for innovation. Web Cameras stay on - this is a working session. You will stay focused and energised with regular breaks and an hour for lunch.

Certification - No Exam, Just Full Participation

There is no exam for the CSPO®. Attend and participate fully across both days - webcam on so we can see it is you - and you will earn your certification. Delegates with full complete attendance who participate have a 100% certification rate. A two-year Scrum Alliance professional membership is included with your successful completion.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need any prior Agile or Scrum experience?

None at all. The course is designed for everyone - whether you are completely new to Agile and Scrum or formalising experience you already have. We start from the fundamentals and build from there. All you need is a willingness to engage and take part in the hands-on activities.

Is there an exam? How do I get certified?

There is no exam for the CSPO®. To receive your certification you must attend and participate fully across both days - keep your webcam on so we can see it is you. Delegates with full attendance have a 100% certification rate, and a two-year Scrum Alliance professional membership is included with successful completion.

How does this differ from other CSPO courses?

Three things stand out. First, you get hands-on experience developing an actual product - including a free, open-source Product Operating Model and practical AI for Product Ownership woven into both days. Second, every booking includes a free 30-minute one-on-one with your trainer after the course - no other CSPO provider includes this as standard. Third, your trainer coaches real product teams every week, so everything you learn is grounded in current field experience.

How should I prepare?

No pre-reading or prior certification is needed. Come with an open mind, a willingness to collaborate with fellow learners, and - if you have one - a real product idea or challenge from your current work. We will help you apply what you learn directly to your context.

Is the course fully online? What software do I need?

Yes, fully online. You will need the latest Zoom desktop application (not the web or mobile version) and a browser for Mural. You will also need a stable internet connection, a working microphone, and a webcam. Cameras must stay on during the course.

How many people will be in the group?

We keep class sizes deliberately small so every participant gets meaningful interaction with their trainer. This is a hands-on course with breakout activities and open discussion - not a passive webinar. It is one of the key differences between us and larger global providers.

Is the course recorded?

No. The interactive nature of the course - breakout rooms, live exercises, open discussion - does not translate to video. The Scrum Alliance also requires full attendance across both days for certification. If your schedule changes, you can transfer to a future class at no extra cost.
