The Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) course is part of the Scrum Alliances Path to Certified Scrum Professional®. The CSM® is an in-depth two-day immersion into the world of the ScrumMaster role.

The Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) is an innovative, interactive, live-online class that takes students through the Scrum Framework. The class is full of practical, real-world techniques that Scrum Masters can take back and use immediately at their workplace.

The class explores in-depth the roles and responsibilities in Scrum with a deep dive into the role of the ScrumMaster. This class will allow your organization to enjoy the many advantages Scrum has to offer. The CSM® exam is included with class registration.

This CSM training is divided up into four Sprints to allow participants to fully immerse themselves in the Scrum framework. At the completion of each Sprint, the class will inspect and plan to adapt during the Sprint Retrospective. Throughout the entire course, as the Scrum Framework is presented, the instructor will be addressing each topic with practical advice that stems from real-world experience working with Scrum Teams.

The ScrumMaster course is an excellent fit for anyone new to Scrum or who has been practicing it in the field and needs to reacquaint themselves with the Scrum framework. If you come from a traditional (waterfall) background, are skeptical about it, or are struggling with getting your head around Agile, this class is for you.

Participants commit to reading the 2020 Scrum Guide and Agile Manifesto before the first day of class.

Zoom Video Requirements: A computer with video capability is required for this class. You are required to have your video camera on for the entire class.

Participants are required to be fully engaged in all class activities to qualify for Certified Scrum Master certification.

Students who miss more than 1 hour of class time will not be eligible for the certification exam.

You will be required to dedicate yourself to 100% of the instructor led time to achieve the certification creditials.

Cancellation Policy

In order to receive a refund you must notify us via email ([email protected]) NO LATER THAN 10 BUSINESS DAYS prior to the class start date. Cancellation requests received after that will be issued a credit that can be applied towards a future class within the next 12 months.
