Certified Agile Leader® 1

I’ve gone through a number of Agile trainings over the years, and I can honestly say this was one of the best put together and most engaging sessions I’ve been part of. Brad did a great job keeping the content practical and easy to follow while still making it relevant for experienced leaders. What stood out to me was how interactive the class was. It never felt like a lecture, you’re actively thinking, discussing, and applying concepts the whole time. That made it not only more enjoyable but also helped the material stick. I walked away with several things I can put into practice right away, especially around how I approach leadership and team engagement. Overall, this felt well structured, well-paced, and genuinely enjoyable to attend. I’d absolutely recommend this training to others, and I’ll be keeping an eye out for future classes with Brad as I continue to build on this.

I enjoyed the Cal 1 course and appreciated Brad's engaging and informative training style. While my experience was positive, there are a few things worth considering. 1. The Mural collaborate solution was a little glitchy and has room for improvement. 2. I would have preferred more agile-related content since it is a Scrum Alliance offering. It seemed like a traditional leadership and organization class and rarely associated those leadership and organizational principles to agile scrum accountabilities, events, and artifacts.

The CAL (Certified Agile Leadership) 1 training, taught by Brad Swanson with Agility 11, was well worth it. The training includes not only individual but also organizational development. The classes were well organized, thorough, and engaging. I always feel that training is worthwhile if you can leave with tools to use, which I did. This is not the first training with Brad and Agility 11 - I hope to attend another again in the future.

I feel that this course was great. The balance between lecture and break out sessions was just right. I feel that not only learned usable skills but I was also able to reflect on my real world experience as well.

Outstanding experience. So polished. So informative. So worthwhile. I've done many leadership development sessions in my career - this rates among the best. Thank you, Brad!
