I had a great experience attending the CSM course led by Mitch Lacey. His teaching style is highly engaging, practical, and easy to follow. He created an open and supportive environment where participants felt comfortable sharing ideas and actively contributing to discussions. What I especially appreciated was the balance between theory and real-world application. The exercises, discussions, and examples helped me not only understand Scrum concepts, but also think about how to apply them in real work situations. Mitch’s facilitation skills and ability to guide conversations were particularly impressive. He encouraged participation while keeping the sessions focused and productive. Overall, this was a very valuable and enjoyable learning experience. I would definitely recommend this course to others interested in Scrum.

Wonderful teacher and hands-on experience for learning the ropes surrounding becoming a scrum master. The supplemental material that is available is very helpful should you find the course daunting as it packs a lot of useful information within an optimal duration of time managed.
