Meet your instructor: Anil Jaising

Anil 's career had an explosive start in the early 1990s. He worked on a groundbreaking messaging product that could send messages across the world in just 3 seconds, with a team that aligned with the Values and Principles of Agile. This product won the prestigious Best Open Systems Award in 1994. From the beginning of his career, Anil has been deeply involved in delivering mission critical products and services across multiple industries.. 

With over two decades of deep expertise in financial services and startups, Anil has been instrumental in developing business models and implementing Agile frameworks, leading to significant business growth. He recently spearheaded a cloud transformation program for 250 application teams, saving one of the world’s largest banks over USD 1 billion

His extensive experience in Agile, Product Management, and Leadership has guided organizations like JP Morgan Chase, MarketAxess, Goldman Sachs, and Oracle to achieve high throughput, market focus, productivity, and quality in building products.

Anil is passionate about instructional design and is a certified Training from the BACK of the Room Trainer. He is a Certified Scrum Trainer . with Scrum Alliance and an Adjunct Faculty Instructor teaching and coaching leadership and Agile at New York University.

Anil is fascinated by leaders and organizations that have created innovative products that make long lasting impact. He is on a mission to help leaders, teams and organizations unlock individual potential to make long lasting impact in their career and business. He is currently leading product marketing and developing training and coaching products at Concepts & Beyond Inc.

Cancellation Policy

Concepts & Beyond support staff is happy to assist you! We understand that things can change, to cancel or substitute your registration for future date please contact us via email [email protected] or call us at 201-374-0893. Please note! Cancellation is possible up to 5 days before the start of a course with full refund excluding 4% transaction fee. Cancellation requests received within 5 full business days prior to the course, will receive a credit (no cash value) towards a future workshop. No credits or refunds will be available for participants who fail to attend after the class starts.

You have three months from the date of purchase to complete the course. You can extend the completion window by three months for $125 fee

What are the requirements for the Advanced Certified ScrumMaster certification?

To receive the Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM) certification, you need to have a current Certified ScrumMaster certification with the Scrum Alliance and have 1 year of work experience as a ScrumMaster in the last 5 years, and satisfactorily complete an accredited A-CSM program like ours.

I do not have the required work experience yet, can I still start the program?

The 12 months of work experience specific to the role of Scrum Master or Product Owner can be met at any time once you've attended an A-CSM or A-CSPO course. The work experience must be within the past five years.

How long does it take for me to complete the program?

The cohort-based program is part of a team-based training where you will be taken through a scrum master journey from teaching scrum to stakeholders to creating a roadmap that suits your organization. In addition to self-paced tasks, the learner will participate in a weekly one-hour session to complete the certification within 4 to 6 weeks. The four sessions will consist of live training.

How soon can I start the program after I sign up?

As soon as you join you will be invited to join our learning community to start the pre-work and the dates for the cohort sessions will be as per your registration page.

Is there a test at the end of the program? Will my work be graded?

There are NO tests to obtain any of the certifications that you can achieve with our programs. However, the Scrum Alliance places a strong emphasis on validated work experience to receive more advanced certifications. Since our CSTs are the ones charged by the Scrum Alliance to make sure that learners who they certify meet a level of competency, as you go along, your assignments and exercises will be evaluated by your instructor and will have to be satisfactorily performed for them to request your certification be issued. They will be looking for evidence that you can put into practice what you have learned in the program with a Scrum/Agile team. In addition, you can agree to mentor if you would like deeper responses to questions and topics.
