This course was an excellent introduction to SCRUM, it was delivered at a good pace with interesting games and activities that brought the meanings and lessons from the theory to life. Mark is extremely knowledgeable and adaptable in his delivery and I wholeheartedly recommend this course (and Mark as a teacher) for anyone looking to introduce SCRUM into their business or personal skill set.

The instructor was very knowledgeable and engaging. Not sure about the relevance of SRUM to my particular industry but Mark made it feel like a worth while course.

A brilliant course, considering it was run remotely and sometimes this can be a challenge to keep people engaged Mark did a fantastic job at using several visual aids, whiteboards and mural to ensure maximum engagement and interactive discussion. I was really impressed and would definitely be keen to explore scrum further.

Best training course I've attended. The way Mark Summers delivered the content with collaborative, interactive, gamified activities was excellent. So clearly experienced in Scrum (and other areas). All the stories told were completely relevant which allowed for contextual understanding by us trainees.

I found the Scrum Master course to be extremely valuable and well delivered. The trainer demonstrated strong subject‑matter expertise and a deep practical understanding of Scrum, going well beyond theory to explore how the framework works in real-world delivery environments. The sessions were well structured, engaging, and paced appropriately, with clear explanations of Scrum roles, events, and artefacts. Concepts were reinforced through relevant examples, open discussion, and scenario-based learning, which made the content easier to apply to day‑to‑day delivery challenges. The trainer created a safe and inclusive learning environment, encouraged participation, and responded thoughtfully to questions, drawing on practical experience to address common misconceptions and challenges faced by Scrum Masters. There was a strong emphasis on servant leadership, continuous improvement, and pragmatic application rather than rigid process adherence. Overall, this was a high‑quality course that increased both my confidence and capability in performing the Scrum Master role. I would highly recommend the trainer and the course to anyone looking to deepen their understanding of Scrum and improve their effectiveness in agile delivery environments.
