Certified Scrum Professional® - Product Owner

• Understand how different organisational contexts might impact how an organisation identifies and applies the product owner role
• Learn your responsibilities and how to help the ScrumMaster team prepare correctly through the context of product owner activities to create an effective team kick off and charter for improved team formation
• How to better prepare your product backlog for multiple scrum teams
• Consider multiple scaling patterns for the product owner role
• Identify core elements of a product launch plan and associated measurable launch goals
• Review and develop understanding of  business models for a product with practical application for the product of your choice
• Develop a product plan or forecast and an appropriate release strategy for a business model
• Gain hands on experience on how to apply effective product propositions and competitor analysis
• Create an experiment to test a hypothesis and evaluate the results and impact
• Gain a deeper practical understanding of product profitability and investment models
• Understand the difference between traditional budgeting and beyond budgeting with a few reflecting business funding models
• Identify and improve return on investment and learn how to calculate the cost of delay for a product feature as well as outcomes of costs

You will already hold a Scrum Alliance Advanced Certified Scrum Product Owner® (A-CSPO®) certificate and at least 2 years’ experience working as a Scrum Product Owner.
