Advanced Certified Scrum Product Owner®

I’ve just completed the Advanced Certified Scrum Product Owner (A-CSPO) training led by Zia Malik (Beliminal). It was exceptionally well delivered. The pace was spot on, with enough space to think, discuss and properly work through the exercises rather than just rush through the content. I found the three days really thought provoking and thoroughly enjoyable. The group size also worked really well. It was a good mix of people from different industries, which made the discussion stronger and gave the learning more depth. One of the most useful parts for me was the practical application of AI in the Product Owner role. It was grounded, relevant and immediately usable. I’ll be taking that, along with a whole set of other takeaways, back into my day job and looking to put them into practice. As Head of Product, I wanted to deepen my understanding of product theory so I can better coach Product Owners. I got exactly that from the course. I’d strongly recommend it.

Great course, can be improved further by adding more instructor led content.

The course was well delivered, and Zia did a good job as a coach. However, it did not fully meet my expectations. I was hoping to learn one or two new practical techniques to better handle day-to-day Product Owner challenges and to have more opportunities to actively practice them during the course. I also believe the final product-building scenario could be introduced earlier—ideally from day one—so that discussions, exercises, and reasoning can continuously build around a consistent, fictitious product context. Overall, while the facilitation was strong, the course content itself could be sharper and more focused on practical application.

Rich, insightful and engaging training experience

An insightful and well run course from Zia that has given me some new tools and perspectives and also the certification of competence.

This training was run efficiently and with warmth, energy and innovative use of AI. I would strongly recommend to anyone at a turning point in their product career, for inspiration and shared understanding, problem solving and reminding you of the joy in product management and for useful frameworks and techniques.

Excellent learning experience.

The course was interactive and enjoyable, however I don't feel that I have learned anything new or advanced compared to the CSPO course
