Zia was a brilliant trainer and facilitator - very knowledgeable, handled questions really well and had real-world examples to help explain concepts. The course material was extremely relevant, and the exercises done during the two days were really helpful to apply theory to practice and see how activities play out with potential stakeholders.

Starting from Scrum and agile principles and ending with product vision.

The course was well structured and provided a solid overview of Scrum and the Product Owner role. While much of the content validated practices I was already familiar with, it was useful in reinforcing key principles around value, prioritization, and team alignment. Zia Malik was engaging and interactive throughout, and his experience added real value, especially when connecting Scrum concepts to real-life scenarios. Overall, the course is a good foundation and helps create a shared framework for teams. I highly recommend Zia!
