One of the highlights of the course was the abundance of real-world examples. Arlen shared practical experiences that connected Agile facilitation techniques to situations professionals encounter every day. His ability to explain not only the "how" but also the "why" behind facilitation practices helped deepen my understanding and gave me confidence to apply these techniques in my own work. The course struck an excellent balance between theory and practice. There were plenty of opportunities to collaborate with classmates, receive constructive feedback, and refine facilitation skills in a supportive environment. I highly recommend this training to anyone looking to strengthen their Agile facilitation skills, whether you are new to facilitation or an experienced Agile practitioner. Arlen's expertise, engaging teaching style, and commitment to creating an interactive learning experience made this class both enjoyable and incredibly worthwhile.
