Ben Floyd’s course is valuable for so many reasons but first and foremost, it will prepare you with ALL you need to know to take the exam immediately following the course. In fact, the test was much easier than anticipated because of the preparation Ben provided throughout his course. I’ve gotten other certifications where the teacher was either hard to understand or dry in approach to teaching. Not so with Ben’s course. Ben’s course was fun and interactive! Ben is an AMAZING trainer and facilitator. As someone who never completes open-ended survey questions, I wanted to make sure I answered this one. He had thoughtful and thorough lesson plans; he kept everyone engaged and had just the right amount of breakout room sessions. He also leveraged his years of experience to share valuable insights throughout the entire 2-day course. He not only embraced our questions but also answered in a way that everyone could learn from.
