Thank you very much for conducting the training. Although I participated without prior experience in Scrum development, your explanations on how to proceed with Scrum, its advantages, and real-world examples made it very easy to understand. Currently, the team I belong to continues to use waterfall development, but I will do my best to utilize what I have learned and transition to Scrum development.

The CSPO training exceeded my expectations. The sessions were interactive, and real-world examples helped me understand the role of a Product Owner more deeply.
