About Evelyn Tian

Evelyn, China born Canadian Swede, residing in Sweden, has been passionately working with Agile and enterprise coaching since 2009. She has supported individual and corporate clients in over 80 countries through training, mentoring, consulting, and coaching engagements.

She has extensive, hands-on experience in telecom products, the automotive industry, financial sectors, pharmaceuticals, e-commerce, and more. Her expertise encompasses product management, project management, system architecture, software development, system integration and installation, and customer support.

She has been coaching agile coaches since 2011. Some of them have grown into Ceritfifed Enterprise Coach (CEC) and/or Certified Team Coach (CTC), Some of them have grown into Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and Professional Certified Coach (PCC).

Evelyn is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), Advanced Certified Coach Mentor (ACMC), Certified Coach Supervisor, Certified Enterprise Coach (CEC) and Certified Team Coach (CTC).

Evelyn co-founded Enterprise Coaching Institute, which is an ICF accredited training provider, providing development and growth on leadership and enterprise coaching pathways.
