Very informative and clarified some misunderstandings of the Agile roles and processes we are shifting to a system vs. product life cycle. Christian was a great teacher and brought real life experiences to the training to help enforce the concepts!

This class was helpful in learning about Agile and scrum

I started working on my first Scrum team 3 months ago and have been trying to figure out how all the processes fit together. This course answered my questions and provided a background for me to suggest improvements for some of the processes that are not going as well as they could. I appreciate all the insight and anecdotes that Christian provided which greatly helped me to better understand the Scrum framework. I found my path to continue my learning journey.
