Wow! What a course it was. Learn by material was easy to understand, and Dr. Morris was an outstanding instructor. He kept the entire class engaged throughout the course. I started applying my newfound knowledge the following day, and I am excited to incorporate Scrum into my current role facilitating process improvement throughout the organization.

Dr. Devon Morris was an excellent coach for our SM classes. He focuses on the principles and leaves no room for misunderstandings. Very easily kept his audience engaged. The certification exam was a breeze after his classes.

Good information. Engaged you in thinking about how effective our current processes of getting work completed really are. Showed with more focused practices we’d accomplish more in smaller bits than taking on a lot a once and maybe not accomplishing our end goals on all that we take on.

It was great

Dr. Morris may be the best teacher ive had since my college years. He demonstrated mastery of the subject, being able to easily and satisfyingly answer seemingly complex questions and objections, as well as a love for the subject and its under-girding phillsophies. I feel grateful for this opportunity, and maybe even optimistic that, with time, the framework could bring positive change to our organization.

I think Scrum could add real value to our organization. While there seemed to be some opposition, I personally found it helpful and would like us to consider adopting it.
