I would give 6 stars if I could. Joel was super engaging and empathetic. I knew very little going in and he still tailored the class so that I never felt lost, but the more knowledgeable students were able to stay engaged too. There was no PowerPoint, instead the class was broken up by fun small group activities, a kahoot quiz, discussions, amazing spotify playlists, videos, and Dad Jokes. I genuinely had a fun time, which is a lot to say about two back-to-back 9-5 zoom classes. I learned so much and I feel excited about applying my new skills to my work. I'm so glad I took this course.

Joel was an amazing instructor. His ways of instruction and facilitating group instruction while working within a remote classroom created an environment of collaboration and in-depth learning. This was instrumental in helping me pass my CSM exam on the first attempt!

He keeps the classes very engaged and we learned a lot. Time flies so fast and did not feel tired even though our classes were after work hours. Highly recommend.

Joel was very interactive throughout the class, paid attention to all the attendees, He explained all the concepts with real-time examples and quizzes. Concepts were implemented during group activities to understand them more effectively.

His visuals are extremely helpful!
