This was easily the most engaging class I've ever taken. We were introduced to relevant knowledge, theories, and tools of facilitation, and then we practiced applying them. And all of this happened in an immersive Agile working environment. Srdjan Pavlovic was extremely knowledgeable and is a gifted facilitator. I recommend this course to anyone who leads teams or practices any form of facilitation. I gained skills I can apply as soon as tomorrow to help my organization and the teams I work with. Great experience!

The course was engaging and well-structured, with a good balance of interaction and theory. The trainer was very well-prepared and provided clear explanations throughout, making even complex topics accessible. I especially appreciated the interactive format, which kept the sessions dynamic and enjoyable. The course also offered a wealth of useful resources to continue learning beyond the classroom. While I would have welcomed more hands-on practice with moderation techniques and additional real-life examples, the overall experience was enriching. A slight adjustment in the distribution of theory between the two days could further enhance the flow, but this did not detract from the value of the training. Overall, a valuable learning opportunity that I would recommend to others looking to deepen their facilitation skills.
