The CSM course delivered by Joel is excellent. The 2-day course had clear structure, high quality training material. I have attended many web based training courses before, Joel's is the best in terms of using a combination of multi media contents and interactive tools to keep the training engaging. The use of the PBI and burn down chart to show the live progress of course modules was a brilliant touch. Joel's sense of humour and patience to questions were added bonus. I would highly recommend the course and Joel as an instructor.

I heard that the Gorilla coach was good and was not disappointed! he kept the conversations flowing and is very knowledgeable on the subject of scrum. No answer was left lacking.

Course was comprehensive but could have used a bit more context in terms of overall process to help conceptualize some of the parts and pieces.

This is a great CSM course. If you don't have SM experience before, this is a good starting course.

Knowledgable instructor and engaging class with well timed breaks. Learned quite a bit and they include the exam cost. They make it easy. Will take further certifications with this instructor.

The course was taught over a weekend - 8hr/day. Able to take the test afterward and received my certification. The instructor made the course enjoyable and paced the class well. Would take a class with him again. Highly recommend.
