The CSM Course taught by Snehamayee ma'am was very well structured- explaining all the scrum events, accountabilities, artifacts in detail along with real world examples. All the questions were clarified in the class individually. The coaching methodology was very engaging with the participants. I would highly recommend her for Agile courses.
