The session was excellent and insightful. It opened my eyes to how coaching and facilitation can help improve not only team members’ performance but also our own personal and professional growth. I also gained a better understanding of how cumulative flow diagrams can be used in day-to-day execution to monitor progress and identify potential bottlenecks. One suggestion for improvement would be to include more real-world examples from well-known companies, demonstrating how they apply these concepts in practice. This would add further value and help participants connect the theoretical knowledge to practical scenarios. Overall, it was a great session, informative and valuable!

I had an excellent experience taking the A-CSM course with Evelyn Tian. She brings deep knowledge, practical experience, and genuine care to the learning process. The course encouraged me to reflect on how I serve teams as a Scrum Master and gave me ideas I can apply in my work. I highly recommend Evelyn to anyone who wants to grow as a Scrum Master and learn from a trainer who truly cares about her students.

Great walkthrough format with videos, pdf visuals, assessment testing, and homework for application.

The course materials are very comprehensive, and the instructor explains the concepts clearly. The examples provided are closely related to real workplace situations, which makes the content highly practical. It is very helpful for understanding and performing the role of a Scrum Master and Agile coach in team collaboration. In addition, when questions are raised, the instructor provides constructive suggestions and guidance on possible solutions. By encouraging gradual improvements, the course helps teams move step by step toward better collaboration and teamwork.

Evelyn Tian is both competent and compassionate. My next related course will definitely be with Evelyn.

Evelyn is very knowledgeable, provided great examples, and explained all concepts thoroughly. I highly recommend this course.

Evelyn Tian is a fantastic coach and trainer. She’s very patient and reasonable. Plus, she has a good sense of humour. I thoroughly enjoyed the course and learned a great deal of valuable information.

Special thanks to Evelyn Tian for an engaging, interactive workshop full of real-life examples. The supportive learning environment made it easy to participate and learn.

I really valued the sessions with Evelyn and appreciate the knowledge, experience, and empathy she brings to our coaching circles.
