Working as a Scrum Master gives you the opportunity to influence your team, organization, and even your industry, but advancing toward the ladder to Advanced CSM sets you to tackle the real transformation of the workplace.

What does this course offer?

  • 6 consecutive sessions in cohort lasting 150 min each, every two weeks
  • 1-on-1 coaching asynchronous session
  • Join from anywhere, we use Zoom for video conferencing and Miro for online collaboration
  • G-drive with a digital workbook, student handouts, and your space for assignments
  • Students should have active CSM and a 1 year of experience working as a ScrumMaster before being awarded the A-CSM credential. This experience may be gained before, during, or after attending our coaching program
  • This course is designed by the coach and approved by the ScrumAlliance
  • Completing A-CSM, you will improve your implementation of Scrum in the workplace
