Martin is an excellent facilitator. The experience was grate.

My experience with the A-CSM course was generally positive. I had previously completed the A-CSPO course, so I noticed that some of the topics were repeated in this course. While the content is important, I believe more new material could have been added for those of us who already have a foundation. The instructors were very competent and managed to create a collaborative learning environment. Despite the repetitions, I consider the A-CSM course valuable for deepening the practice of Scrum, and I would definitely recommend it to those looking to advance their careers in agile methodologies.

The course was excellent. Martin Alaimo shared his knowledge, experiences, and tools (TBR, 4 Cs, the Product Vision Board, and more) related to the Scrum Master role. He also challenged my mindset by shifting my focus from output-driven management (more features) to outcome-driven management aligned with organizational goals (more value). Additionally, Martin encouraged me to broaden my perspective through systems thinking and introduced me to disciplines like training, facilitation, and coaching. Moreover, through team exercises, I learned how to collaborate with my team to achieve better definitions (DoR and DoD) and how to facilitate effective meetings that produce valuable outcomes.
