Certified Scrum Product Owner®

This course was absolutely worth the time and money invested. It provided a clear understanding of the responsibilities of a Product Owner, along with practical advice that is highly valuable for both the job performance and long-term career development(indirectly). It inspired me greatly.

I really enjoyed the course, it was very interactive! We didn’t just go through theory, but actively practiced the fundamentals of Scrum through a variety of hands-on exercises. Additionally, Mishkin kept us engaged whilst providing honest, constructive, and proactive feedback throughout, which I really appreciated.

1. Our company works in both SCRUM and KANBAN. It was difficult to relate the training with day to day processes. 2. Also, although we completed the pre-work, this was NOT referenced during the course, and i think that would have been useful. 3. Lastly, it would have been good to use some visuals during the training

Very good theories and concepts but unless the organization is serious about making those changes, it's just good to know. It would have been great to to gauge the leadership's willingness to adopt this and come prepared with tactics on how to shift the focus to a more agile way of working compared to our current state. The facilitation was very abrupt at times and did not lead to a comfort level to share for fear of being put down or dismissed. A comment was made about psychologically safe does not mean absence of feedback but I think something can be said for providing feedback in a constructive and polite manner. Timeboxing is also very important but this was extreme to the 10th of a second. It seemed anti-agile.

The CSPO Boot Camp course was fantastic, and while it was an intensive 2 days, there was plenty of time given for breaks, and questions to be asked. The material was well presented, and using Zoom with break out rooms worked very well and made everything very seamless. Mishkin Berteig is very knowledgeable, and was a great guide through the material, sharing a combination of simulations, real professional experience, and even real life experience. I feel like I learned a great deal that will help me in my career moving forward. The certification confirmation was sent out the very next day, and I was able to share the good news about my certification.
